Nice hostel

I stayed at Viajero Medellín and overall it’s in a great location – close to plenty of amenities, the area felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside to my stay was the first night in my shared room: the guys I was sharing with brought back a group of women, stayed up all night doing drugs and talking, and as the only female in the room I felt extremely uncomfortable and didn’t sleep at all. Aside from that, the hostel itself has a lot of positives, but I think more could be done to ensure respectful behavior in the dorms.

Great location, super friendly staff and most importantly for me, clean. It was a little loud but that’s too be expected from any hostal. I got a private room on the 3rd floor so furthest away from both the rooftop bar and the restaurant on the ground floor. Would recommend and would stay again

The hostel it self is incredible and everyone were so so nice and welcoming. I took the cheapest room, a dorm of 10. It was a level above any other hostel I’ve been to. Big room, shower and bathroom inside the room! Rare to find

Richard and manuel Were the best staff. Viajero runs some incredible tours such as comuna 13. The room wa always very clean except that insects would come in when the window was open, this is natural for the city I believe.

Top notch hostel

Best shower i’ve used in a hostel in Colombia. Super clean rooms, lockers come with locks, comfortable bed pods that offer a lot of privacy. The room I was in faced the main street and was a bit loud all night.

Great hostel. Great for people who want to work remotely and for people who want to party. They have a co-working with great wifi. They have a rooftop patio and bar with hot tub and cool tub. They have blackout curtains and ceiling fans. However, the only downside is that it’s super noisy. If you want to sleep before midnight you might have some trouble. Especially on the 5th floor.

Large/active hostel in Manila, Poblado

I stayed for one night. The hostel is large with an active clientele. Large, modern, and clean open spaces. Rooftop with socializing and jacuzzis (there isn't really a view though). I was unable to participate, but there are many planned activities. Walking distance to nightlife areas, many restaurants in area; area is very safe and has everything you need.

Great staff and a great location, very cool rooftop Terrace with hot tubs! Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and you hear everything happens in the hall and sometimes between rooms. Ditto with the windows so you hear a lot of what's going on on the streets. If you sleep easily I think you'll love the place, if you are a light sleeper like me you may want to choose ear plugs or bring white noise machine or White Noise app on your phone, or choose a more remote hostel a bit more outside of the main areas. Amazing staff though. Really cool place.

Robbed whilst I was alseep. Not Safe. Avoid.

My stay here was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was robbed whilst I was asleep in my room in the middle of the night. They have gone completely off the radar since I have tried to be reimbursed for my losses. It was absolutely an inside job and they knew the lock on my window was broken. As a lone female traveler, on my first day in Colombia this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not safe, do not recommend.

Um dos motivos de ter ficado no hostel era o rooftop mas estava fechado para reforma e em nenhum momento fui informada somente quando perguntei. Deze hostel is een aanrader als je in Medellin bent. In een veilig omgeving met veel restaurantjes en op loop afstand van de metro. Het personeel is erg aardig en doen de best om jou aan de zin te maken. Ontbijt is erg lekker met verschillende alternatieven en ook in de avond hebben ze lekkere gerechten. De privé kamer is prima met comfortabele bedden en de grootte van de badkamer is ook goed. Geen airco, alleen 2 ventilatoren die niet in de nacht aan kunnen door de herrie. Jammer want het was erg warm. De rooftop is ook erg leuk om zowel overdag als in de avond te zijn met muziek en een bar voor de drankjes. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is ook erg gezellig met een bank, keuken, koelkasten, een tuin een en gesloten plek om te werken met je laptop. Enig minpunt is het geluid van buiten: het raam is niet dubbel en je hoort werkelijk alles wat er op straat gebeurt. Soms leek het dat wij op straat sliepen hahaha. Maar al met al een aanrader!

Das Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten bei denen man sich anschliessen kann wenn man will. Die Rooftopbar ist richtig cool, das Privatzimmer war sauber und das Frühstück köstlich. Zudem ist die Lage super.
