When i got to Medellin i got scamed by another hotel. So this was my only option because everything was sold out for a concert. The first 2 nights they charged me 20$ the next night they wanted me to book via Expedia ( more expensive ) 681 to be exact.
Room are run down. Beds are well made. No hot water, no airconditioning, noisy the whole day. To make it more fantastic i have a phobia for cockroaches. The 3rd night during the night there was little ones in the bathroom. In the morning i told the front staff that they wete there. Nobody cared. At night when i arrived i ordered food. To my surprise when i came back there was a whole big ass roach walking all over my stuff. I screamed and walked down to get help. The front office guy was laughing at me.. came into the room and said if the roach went under the bed he couldn’t do anything! I flipped! The roach came out and he took it with his bare hands and sarcastically said “it doesn’t bite, is not poisonous or doesn’t do anything” took the thing by its antenna and walked away.. i started to cry and almost puked. I couldn’t stay there anymore. I called a taxi and left. To make the matter worse the guy said he doesn’t do any paperwork and i have to come back in the moring and talk to them.. made me write my email on a napkin! Stay AWAY FROM THIS TRASH!!!!!!!!
