Good hotel

Excellent location , good staff , good AC and hot water , breakfast is ok. The only downside is the guest policy.

The area was i would say ok, bc it was in el poblado, every night there were people screaming, laughing, being very loud until 4@m, facilities are in need of updates, no phone in the room, tv was not working, we ask to have it checked, nobody came, matress were hard as rock, no closet, etc…

Pocas opciones para desayuno , personal nada atento , todo lo que consumas de la nevera lo cobran. Artículos personales pasta, shampoo , etc lo cobran. La cama es de cemento. No tienen espejo . No lo recomiendo para nada. Parece un motel

El menú fresco y tienen variedad. El hotel súper cerca de la plaza, tours, farmacias, restaurantes. Los fines de semana hay cierto ruido de música hasta la 4 mañana. Todo depende en el cuarto donde te colocan . El personal es bien amable y respetuoso. Le doy 10 de 10

It started off pretty good. And then a second guest arrived. A local resident of the city I might add. All he had was a digital copy of his identification. They wouldn’t accept it. They wouldn’t let him check in. So that was the end of that. The next hotel had no problem with that type of identification so disaster was averted. I could go on but I think I’ve made the point. Ohh by the way the room was already paid for. Got ripped off too.
