This property absolutely exceeded our expectations for our visit to Medellín. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff and rooftop bar staff were amazing!!! The property was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The location is great! This place is a gem!

Great room, quiet place

We had a lovely deluxe suit with a nice view on the 8th floor. The bed was comfy and a huge lovely bathroom in artdeco style. The hotel is located very close to the plaza with good restaurants nearby. Very quiet and nice in the room.

Excellent location, clean and great service

Stayed in Feb 2025, while exploring Medellin. A great location close to restaurants, bars and tour pickup locations (Poblado park). The hotel was very clean and comfortable both in terms of the room (amazing shower), restaurant and roof terrace (great views). Service was very helpful and friendly and front desk was great at booking my taxis and when i needed to stay an extra night due to cancelled flight. One issue I did have was that the room window did not mitigate any noise from outside both from nearby (hot tub) and neighbourhood nightlife noise...fortunately it did not persist that late at night.

The hotel’s **location was perfect**, just a short and convenient **walk to the metro**, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout features was the **incredibly comfortable beds**—hands down, the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel! After long days of sightseeing, coming back to such a cozy and restful sleep made all the difference. The hotel was also **exceptionally clean**, with great attention to detail in every corner. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. Most importantly, we **felt very safe throughout our stay**. The hotel has **security at the front door**, which provided an extra sense of security and peace of mind.
