Excellent property in the heart of El Poblado. The meals at El Cielo - the restaurant in the hotel is one of the best meals I've had in my whole life. Highly recommend!!

Loved our stay here - the service was amazing. We had a very early flight to the airport for departure and since we were missing breakfast the second morning (which was delicious btw), and they packed us breakfast and coffees to go which was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Staff was so nice and helpful. 5 Star services. Rooms and amenities are really outstanding. The restaurants on site are very good. Super comfy beds. Food and drinks inside the rooms were all included. Great espresso bar in the Lobby is also included. Rooftop pool is not big but it’s perfect to relax.

Simply extraordinary from front steps to rooftop. Service and hospitality is defined quite well here. Every staff member knew my name by the 2nd day. An exceptional experience. Food just as exceptional and I found that I ate every meal there after my first night eating off the property.
