We went for Umrah and this property is very convenient as its only a 10 minute walk to the Kaaba andhas lots of eating options around. The hotel room is good for sleeping, but small rooms and tiny bathroom and shower. The shower is small and shower curtain does not stop water from getting throughout the bathroom floor. This hotel was okay it served its purpose for sleep but overall likely eould not stay agein unless no other nicer option available as very small rooms, and tiny bathroom and A/C and air circulation poor.

This is a decent budget hotel. The rooms are very congested. The suite’s main door lacks a lock, and the rooms are locked separately, which can be inconvenient for families with children. The police do not permit taxis to enter the street in front of the hotel, so luggage drop-offs and pick-ups require special arrangements, usually involving helpers with trolleys, which can be a hassle. The road is very busy, and it takes around 20 minutes on foot to reach Haram. However, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options right at the hotel’s doorstep.

The bathroom was not clean given the bad facility which is not at all as shown in the bathroom pictures. I had to change rooms on my first day as bathroom of the first one smelled. Yet, the staff helped me change the room as quick as possible. It's pretty close to the Haram (around 10 min walking)

We stayed here and it was brilliant as it was surrounded by all the facilities shops for food washing clothes buying gifts.. i was surprised it was very clean n hospitable however if you have mobility issues I would not recommend it .. it can take a while to get to mosque.. but i would book this hotel again in the future

One of the worse stay in my life when i enter to the room it was before start it ends with three kids bed in room Even i book one bed room......the worst things i didn't sleep the whole night because of the bed matress was so hard that my sleep was gone I have to check out early........even my booking was not refundable i lost money with comfort I will never stay again in my life
