"The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved."

"Lovely hotel nice rooms staff really nice. There was a wedding in which did mean music until late that you can hear the booming of in the bedroom and later drunk people on corridors being loud and In car park raised voices due to too much drink. I would stay again 100% as loved the hotel but would check to ensure no functions as too noisy with music till late then drunk people that aren’t considerate of other guests "

"It was a decent, comfortable stay. The bathroom smelled a bit funny upon my arrival though. Some improvements that could be made: It's a bit ironic that there are door hanger signs talking about skipping daily cleans to save the natural resources, but there were single-use disposable paper cups and wooden coffee stirrers in the rooms, which seems to me that it's just about the company saving their costs, and not the environment. It would be great if the cafe/restaurant menus were provided...

"Clean, quiet and nice for a family. Swimming pool is good, kids times appropriate. Breakfast was also full and delicious, everything you expect. The shower hose was leaking in our bathroom, but it did not make much inconvenience. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. "

"We had a brilliant stay this weekend! The staff were fantastic, so helpful, kind and friendly. My husband needed extra covers as he feels the cold, and we were given another duvet. I'm disabled but there wasn't an accessible room free as it was the bank holiday, but staff went out of their way to find me a shower seat and provided a non slip rubber mat so I would be safe in the shower. "The staff, and locals made me feel so welcome. I stayed overnight for business and was perfect. As a single female I was doubtful, but wow I was blown away with the kindness of all. "The guys at reception gave a warm welcome and helped with the bags to our room. Room was basically fine however the kettle could have done with a better clean. Decoration of the room was a little tired, but probably fine for most guys. The full English Breakfast was very good, well cooked and quality produce. "Big family room. Huge king size bed. Friendly welcome. Good pub grub for evening meal. Choice of continental or cooked breakfast available until 9.30. We slept well.
