"Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night. The gym was week equiped and clean"

"There is free on site parking. The room was very clean and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is a choice of cereals, some fruit even though it was out of a tin you could choose from grapefruit, mandarins and prunes. There was also a cooked breakfast and some pastries all help yourself A good choice of teas and coffee "

"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. "Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp "

"Great staff who were helpful, however the room was poor for the cost, very old styling and carpet was not clean, water left in the kettle. I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel as it’s a great location. But would not chose to stay hear again as there are much better hotels for the cost of this one. "

"The room was very clean. I arrived before the check in time as I had to go to a Leeds United match. The staff offered to keep my luggage so I could check in later after the match. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for the experience."
