"Hotel was good and the room itself had a surprisingly good number of amenities, like a dishwasher, kitchen table, plates and cutlery. Located in an excellent area and there were lots of restaurants around to pick and choose from. Only 2 complaints from me. Microwave was "broken" and had to call service to have someone take a look at it. Toilet gasket needed replacing so the toilet was constantly flushing water. I'm a light sleeper so it was more annoying than I would have hoped. Besides that...

"The size of the room was great with a kitchen, two bathrooms and a upstairs patio. Our room was above the ajoining restaurant which could get loud on a Friday or Saturday night, but only lasted until 11 pm which did not negatively impact us. Good general lodgings with some nice amenities (e.g., pool, hot tub, fitness center, pool table, etc.)."

"We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. Above the spa the glass dome was broken above our heads so we were nervous that it would break more and fall on us. The pool was definitely not heated and was as cold as ice. "I like this car hotel the team is so friendly and helpful. I have a trouble for the first night because I request for that accessible room for disability, but they don’t have any after one day they move us for the accessible room and it was very good I’m really hirecommended. "

"Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent."
