"Great staff. Nice perk to let you shop with “free” money at the snack shop. Very dated interiors I room. Some of the worst toilet paper known to man. Loved the free EV charger."

"Hotel was lovely and well located . The “ pool view” room was not pool view unless you craned your neck from the little balcony but the room was a nice size . A very limited room service menu for dinner despite the extensive poolside menu for lunch which was odd . All in all a very nice place to stay."

"Terrible shower design. The shower area was a rectangular space with the showerhead located in the middle, so water couldn’t be contained. Despite my best efforts, the bathroom flooded during my shower. There were no shower caps or soap provided. The faucet had water stains and looked unclean. The balcony was flooded as well — I don’t know where the water was coming from. The rest of the room was acceptable, but the bedsheet had a stain. I expected a better-maintained room for $145."

"Check-in was easy and quick. Daniel was very friendly and helped us immensely! The room was clean, smelled fresh, and didn’t have any chemical cleaner odours. The breakfast buffet was great and had a variety of selections. It was only a 20 min drive to Seaworld and there were lots of places to visit and eat nearby. La Jolla was also only about 10 mins away. Highly recommend!"
