"Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel"

"Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing."

"The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive."

"Was excited to stay with the family based on the pictures. Then when we arrived the condition of the hotel was in dissaray. Took a while to get checked in due to people coming up to front desk with issues with toilet or room condition. When we got to our room there was cobwebs in the ceiling, the outlet covers were destroyed, the windows in hall were broken covered with a tarp, and the remote was missing. Called front desk about remote and they said they would send someone. After 30 minutes a...

"The rooms are not carpeted, so slippers are a good idea. This also contributed to more noise above us. The room was not as cozy and spacious, as I'm used to, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were great. Something for every taste. I needed to use the hotspot on my phone to connect my iPad. It could be because it is a bit older. My daughter has a newer version, and she had no problems."

"Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. The shower handle wont stay in one position. Automatically rotated fully to the left spraying hottest water. I had to hold the handle in one...

"Had great happy hour specials during March Madness. Clean and up to date hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location for accepted student day at Pitt. "

"This place used to be a nice and affordable. But now they rent to transients . Id walk down the halls and it smelled like a dispensary. Had a gentelman high on something run into my room. He was eventually arrested. This place used to be nice. Its affordable but rent a room at your own risk"
