This was our second stay at this hotel and we love it. Just a few steps from the beach and the pool area is so much fun. Staff and the pool waiters are great they treat us, the national tourist with respect and kindness. Good vibes, clean hotel, lots of security around the property, everything is great in beautiful Mazatlán.

Staff was friendly but the hotel itself could use more amenities. They definitely need a lot more lounge chairs by the pool! The best staff person who helped make our stay amazing was Jose by the pool. He was very attentive, kind, thoughtful and helpful.
