The hotel looks good, just beside my bed was a closet that all the pipes came down from the top floor, so I opened all the windows but I could still smell the mold from the closet beside my bed, did not get much sleep, I changed to a different hotel the rest of my stay, I would hope that you could refund my money please, Thank you

It’s a horrible place to stay, but it is located in a convenient location. Room’s smells really bad Bathrooms had like public toilets Hot water runs slow and almost tenplate (not hot at all) Dont expect to stay in a lovely place if you staying here 😅

El hotel no era como aparentaban en las imágenes del sitio web. Los trabajadores no eran muy profesional en lo que hacían y mayoría del tiempo estaban jugando. En el hotel había restricciones de música y alcohol e en otras partes podías usar el uso de música en hotels y introducir alcohol. Adentro del cuarto no estaba en buenas condiciones al parecer estaba roto la regadera, la tina del baño estaba rota, el toilet del baño estaba roto de la llave, y les falta mucho el servicio al cuarto.

Personal de recepción bastante groseros estuve más de una hora esperando que me hicieran check in Habitación con fuga de agua y muchos insectos cortinas con mold, bastante ruido de los lugares cercanos. No se puede descansar, al check out te dan 20 min para que salgas si no te quieren cobrar extra ZC horrible experiencia

El hotel está muy bien ubicado sin embargo los cuartos no aíslan el ruido exterior y todo lo que ocurre afuera se escucha incluso hasta el sexto piso. Tienen música en vivo hasta altas horas de la noche por lo que no fue posible descansar

Falta atención.

Limpio, solo que el agua de la regadera se salía aún con el cancel cerrado, y el lavamanos también tiraba el agua, por lo que se hacía un tiradero de agua.

Es un hotel con instalaciones viejas el estacionamiento es muy pequeño, no me imagino en temporadas altas, no hubo servicio de limpieza, por el problema en Culiacán, quiero pensar que esa fue la causa
