"Rooms were old and dainted, had issues with the air-conditioning on night 2, they offered fans which was unacceptable so i demanded a new room which they reluctantly obliged after some convincing. Found some of the staff rude and not hospitable. Wont be using this hotel again and will definitely NOT be recommending it to anyone. "

"On the street parking is difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it as you have to move every couple hours. As for parking on site - this needs to be prearranged and then is quite expensive. I definitely think Uber or public transport is the best option. The king superior room with a balcony was just the best thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was extra. "The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"We had a room on the highway side of the building and despite double glazing it was quite noisy. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work very well and the bed was very soft. "

"First rate in every way, great location, quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to Metro at a Chinese mall - good food! Staff lovely, room had everything including a cute balcony. Beautiful Vicotrian building."
