"We enjoyed the friendly, courteous and professionalism of the concierge staff from the moment we booked our stay. Natalie reached out to greet us and offer thier assistance. Natalie made arrangements for our Airport Transfer to and from the Villa. She also booked evening entertainment for our first night,at our request, to enjoy the Fabulous Harbour Lights Barbados Dinner and Show. Which was Fabulous. Natalie went above and Beyond to accommodate our stay, as well as Phalesta and her staff....

"On arrival we were upgraded to a seaview suite when I had booked a garden view room so that was a nice touch. Hotel is right on the beach and the staff from the manager to the cleaners were the happiest most friendly people I have dealt with. The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring the island, there is a bus stop right outside and you can travel anywhere for 2 Barbados dollars, 60p in English money. The local people themselves are extremely friendly and the island has a very low crime...
