"I stayed here after tramping of routeburn track. I was so exthousted after walking over 15km under the sun, the staff kindly welcomed us. Everything I experienced here was so beautiful and comforting. Fortunatly, the weather was fine so we could view the exquisit view of the mountains and lake. "I had a great time at GY Boutique hotel. The check-in was easy, the room was updated, ready and immaculate, the mountain view was great, and the bed was comfortable. The bar and dining room provided good food. The access to wilderness was a real draw. I would return."

"Short walking distance to shops and amenities. Easy to park. Fairly spacious room with all the basic utensils you need. Comfy bed and sofa. Ample towels and flannels. Friendly check in staff. Only downside was the wet room style shower. Just not our preference having a permanently wet bathroom floor, even with the fan on constantly."

"The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lost one star mostly for the bathroom. The sink was ridiculously tiny and there was no electrical outlet. They have an odd requirement that you have to verbally tell the staff that you want a cooked breakfast the next morning, however, when we rang the bell to tell them the afternoon before no one answered. We then got involved chatting with another guest, which was very nice, but forgot to try the bell again. We had to leave earlier...

"I loved my stay at the Dairy Hotel in Queenstown. The bed felt incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The little extras made the place feel very special. You had clearly thought about everything. I had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The hot tub was a real highlight. It felt amazing in the evening after a long trek. Warm, quiet and deeply relaxing. You created a welcoming space. "The outside is looking a little tired but on the outside but inside it was very nice ithought i'd booked for 2 nights which is what i set up in the app but as you go further down the list of available properties it goes from 2 nights to 1 for whats available it's not very obvious until you look into what happened so what you think your paying for is a total of 2 nights is actually 1 so it's a bit of a rookie error on my part but a learning experience "
