"Amazing hotel! From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! And the rooms! I slept with all the windows and the patio door open just gazing at the Matterhorn until I fell asleep. And the spa! Really a wonderful steam room, sauna, and pool. "This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! "
