複数部屋利用。内、一部屋が加齢臭の様な臭いが満ちていてとても臭かった。室内着やリネン類もきれいに洗濯されてはいるものの同じ臭いがして難儀した。またその部屋のドライヤーの柄が壊れており、湯沸かしポットは酷い汚れで使えなかった。他の部屋は快適だったようだ。スタッフの方の感じが良いだけに残念だった。

まず良かった点。 部屋の鍵はカードキーだったが、よくある部屋内でカードキーを差し込まなければ電気がこないというタイプでは無く、純粋に鍵を開けるだけのものだったので、要冷蔵のお土産など安心して冷蔵庫をフル活用できた。 朝食は品数そこそこだったが、味噌汁とご飯が旨かった。これだけでも満足なレベル。 僅か600円なのでお勧め。 悪い点は、少し分かりにくい立地だという事。 似たような細い路地が複雑に入り組んでる中にあり、少し迷った。 周辺を地図で見て頭に入れておいた方がいいと思う。 あと、鳩が多い。 朝チェックアウトして駐車場へ向かうと愛車が鳩の糞まみれになってた(笑) バイクを停める場所に木があり、その木から沢山の鳩の鳴き声がしてたのでバイクの方は要注意！

岡谷駅から行くのには、少し道が入り組んでいる。商店街の近くだが、ショッピングセンターも含めて午後七時にはほぼ閉まるので、夜の買い物はコンビニだけになる。

The hotel is dated and has a pretty uncomfortable bed and bedding.... But the location is great and the service was wonderful! I would stay again for the good price!

連休中だが、リーズナブルで快適な宿泊

松本の親戚訪問が目的だが、連休中で松本、塩尻のホテルが取れず、ここに宿泊。岡谷インターが近く、松本まで高速ならすぐ。建物は古いが、客室はリフォームされ快適だが、ロビーが少し臭う。ロビーに漫画の本が置いてあり、時間つぶしができる。周辺においしい飲食店が多かったのは予想外。連休中だが、リーズナブルな価格。朝食は和食中心のビュッフェで、この価格なら満足。

蛇口の汚れが…

従業員の方の対応はとても気持ちよかったです。連泊の方はシーツの交換、浴室の清掃がない場合はミネラルウォーターを1ついただけるということでした。蛇口に泡が付いてしまったので、流すとびっくりするぐらいの垢？汚れの塊が溢れてきて流石に気持ち悪かったです。自分たちでそこまで汚すこともなかったので、清掃不要にしましたが、客が変わる際の清掃はしっかりとした方がいいと感じました。

駅から徒歩圏内であり便利なので、これまで複数回利用させて頂いています。部屋も快適で朝食のメニューも豊富です。今回はバスルームにゴミが落ちていた事が唯一残念な点ですが、総じてコストパフォーマンスが良いホテルです。

岡谷駅から歩いて10分弱（岡谷地方合同庁舎や岡谷年金事務所の近く）の所にあります。朝食もおいしかったです。

街の中のホテル

中に入ってしまえば、ホテル自体は快適です。駅からホテルまでの距離も近くて良いと思います。ただ、碁盤の目のように道が整備された街に慣れた人にとって、岡谷は街自体が迷路です。駅からホテルまで、ホテルからコンビニまで、携帯のナビアプリが無いとかなり難しいです。車で行くなら周囲が一方通行だらけなので、さらに難しいです。

ドライブ旅行に利用したんですが意外と快適でした。 近くのショッピングモールはかなり離れていていましたが10分ぐらい歩けば大丈夫です。

部屋はそんなに広くないけれど、お風呂はわりと大きめでゆったり入れたのがよかったと思います。 ロビー前にボディタオルや入浴剤などがあり、自由に持っていけるようになっていました。私は加湿器を借りました。 マンガコーナーがあり、セルフサービスのコーヒーとともに楽しめるようです。出張などひとり旅の人の時間つぶしに良いのではないでしょうか？ コストパフォーマンスがいいと思います。 ホテルのまわりはあまり栄えていないので、外食するお店の選択肢は少なめです。
