I'm a huge fan of Lord of the Rings and the Hobbiton movie set exceeded all of my expectations! I went during the spring time and did the evening banquet tour and it was absolutely my favorite thing! The spring time was perfect cus the colors were so vibrant and the flowers were bloomed. Absolutely gorgeous and I recommend it to even people who know nothing of the movie. The area itself is breathtaking! #adventure #bagend #newzealand
