"I made reservations online several weeks ahead of time for a room with double queen beds. When I got there, they had us in a single king bed which with 4 people is a huge no. The nice lady at the desk, which is the only reason I bumped this review up a star, got us switched and sent us up to the third floor. That floor was being painted so it was an instant headache, and the a/c in the room did not work. It was about 90 degrees in there. So we went back down and told her we couldn’t stay in...

"It was ok I guess. You get what you pay for. Hard beds flat pillows, no towels, no housekeeping service daily like it says, I swept and mopped my own room, and went and retrieved towels for our room. But the good side is that it is pet friendly, very important to me!! If you can stand the up all night neighbors, it's great. "
