"Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."

"We booked two nights here but one night would have been sufficient. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the views are fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was dated and the entire resort has seen better days. Dinner was a mixed bag; the salmon main was delicious but the pork belly was all fat and the vegetables overcooked. "Excellent harbour side location. Quieter side of the viaduct which is nice. We stayed on the weekend so lots of off street over night parking which was a nice saving. The front desk staff were always lovely and helpful. Lead in rooms are quite compact but ok for a short staycation. Beds and pillows super comfotable. Nice and close to ASB waterfront theatre, handy woolworths metro supermarket just around the corner."

"The location for our short trip was prefect. The staff was so helpful and kind. The free breakfast was amazing. We also loved the amenities in the room, the free coffee maker, included milk in the fridge, free waters, and free laundry was so helpful. The restaurant was really nice too.
