Great location. We had a great room high up, overlooking the harbour and it was fantastic. The rooms didn’t feel like traditional hotel rooms and felt more like home. All round great vibe. We’ll be back.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the amazing hotel. The views from my room were picturesque of the sky tower. Great location right in town and close to airport bus. Breakfast in the restaurant was top class. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Hotel is nicely located in a convenient area. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is provided by their in-house restaurant, Bistro Saine and it is amazingly good. Staffs are polite and professional.

The gps put us at the back door- on the busy street- so watch that you want to have the front door off the square by the church- Every single team member was lovely, proud, knowledgeable and helpful! Umbrella ☔️ to use because it was raining, quickest way to directions, explaining how the place works and our room was stunning. We were in the basic as it was a quick trip but it was perfect. 👌 I would ask for that room again. Loved the tea and coffee in the room, the view, and room layout. It was centrally located for the city. We loved it and will definitely be back. Only low was the rumble of the lifts but that was likely our room location but as already stated not a deal breaker for us.

The hotel staff was exceptional. The bed was probably the most comfortable during my 3.5 week stay in NZ! We were very lucky and had a room on the 23rd floor (corner room) with an amazing view of the harbor. The room was quite, clean and super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
