"We booked waterfront premium hotel room and stay at Boston Warf Hotel for special family occasion on April 28 and 29th, 2026. We were provided a room which was next to internal hotel room under construction with heavy noise. The front desk and my complaint to the GM went with no corrective measures, rather they applied intimidation tactics and asked us to vacate the premises the next morning within 1.5hrs of our complaining. We left the hotel premises as soon as possible. We would not recommend...

"Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, dropped it to 64 to test it out and it would read to 68. Water from the shower would leak through the door and once showering water would be on the floor so be cautious. Plus the hotel charges daily resort fees when all fees were included through Expedia. "Just enjoyed my 1st time here. Without a doubt it’s one of the top 3 hotel rooms Ive had in 20 years of nonstop travel as a factory sales representative in 15 states. Most upper end hotel chains are removing coffee machines. This one puts a netspresso machine in its beautiful rooms that also have operating gas fireplaces, snacks, comfy chairs and a lttle bottle of wine. Bathrooms have both a shower and bathtub!
