"Everything, from the moment we were pulled up and were greeted at the valet, to checking in, up through checkout, was a pleasure. Everyone we encountered or interacted with was polite, extremely helpful, friendly and truly went the extra mile... Especially Cornelius! The staff at the Fairmount Copley clearly take pride in their job and it shows! It was one of the best experiences i've had in a hotel 30+ years.
