"Your staff is Five star! Hotel needs updating badly. My far the worst Four Seasons we have stayed in.
On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 in the morning had room service and it was an edible. Your staff indicated they would remove the charges, but I see we were still charged for them as well."
"Ours was a great experience. The hotel has a quiet elegance from the moment you walk in. The staff is very gracious and helpful, and the rooms were immaculately clean. We had a delicious dinner at "Contessa" and the next night had a lite meal in The Lobby Bar which was excellent and perfectly served by "Conch" our waitperson. Highly recommend this hotel even though, like everything else these days, it's pricey."

"Clean room, helpful and kind staff. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed breakfast at hotel. Room was a little dark for me but in line with the moody vibe of the hotel which was cool. Shower was great and nice bathroom, although vanity surrounding sink looked dated. Will stay again when in Boston!"
