The customer is generally supposed to fend for one's self, including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, finding cups for the room, locating an iron, scheduling maid service. The surface of the shower stall does not have a non slip surface and was quite dangerous once wet. The room is the width of a king size bed. The bed (mattress) is wedged up against the window, meaning it has walls on three sides. Curious arrangement for two to sleep. The shower...

"Clean room and the best hotel staff I have come across friendly and accommodating for little ones. Out little guy played "work" with a worker because she looked lonely by herself hm. From valet to the restaurant, all the employees are too of the line."
