"Hotel was clean. Great location. Breakfast was pricey, food average. Parking was expensive. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful or organized. I booked 2 rooms and requested same floor. When we arrived, one of them was not ready, but gave us the room number. We checked back 3 times, including at 4pm check in, still not ready. We went across the street to the 5pm hockey game, and when we got back 3hrs later (around 8pm) they told ua they gave our 2nd room to someone else. Offered...
