Excellent location if you are planning to attend a show at TD Garden. Literal 2 min walk. Valet service was great - shout out to James! Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
The issue is the room. It is super small and I booked a “suite.” The pull out couch has seen better days and when we pulled it out there were some black droppings on the sheets that my husband jokingly said “rat droppings” and I couldn’t unsee. The bathroom is sooo small and there is no sink counter space! The toilet is right next to the sink so without counter space you kept worrying about things falling into the toilet so you had to make sure the lid was down constantly. One good thing about the bathroom is it’s one of the rare instances where a hotel has hand soap in a dispenser instead of the typical bar soap.
