"Check in, bar, and valet were superb We ate at Subito for dinner and everything was excellent. Breakfast, on the other hand, was understaffed. We left after being seated for 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. Room service coffee was terrible but the Starbucks at the bar was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back"

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel, even though we weren't there very long and were only in the hotel to sleep. We came to drop our kiddo off at college for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the staff were PHENOMENAL! The only drawback, and it really wasn't that big of an issue... it was really noisy on Saturday night. Motorcycles and cars were loud. The GM has complained to the city, but not sure they can do much about it. I wear earplugs so it did not...

"Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat."

"We had such a great stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond and made everything easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also super convenient to Oktoberfest, which was the main reason for our trip. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Hotel was very clean and staff were very respectful and friendly, even the cleaners when you just pass by!! It’s your typical average hotel with no problems to run in to. Beautiful patio for walking around. Only down side was all of the surrounding construction, but that’s not the hotels fault. The breakfast options were very limited as well, but still lovely that they The walls are super thin though so expect to hear your neighbors! Especially when showering. "The room was great! Alot of space and comfortable! Breakfast wasn't bad, the breakfast nuggets were amazing. The other benefit was that it was in walking distance to the Newport Levee/Aquarium and less than 10 minute drive to Cincinnati. "
