"We enjoyed our stay at Haveli. Location is off the beaten path, down an alleyway which is not advertised, but after a couple of times you get used to it. Staff was helpful in escorting us through the alley and exchange cash. Restaurant prices are upcharged compared to other elevated restaurants in Delhi, but that was as to be expected."

The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking."

"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "
