"Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. "The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable.
