"Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was. The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. "The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). "Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champú. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incómodas....
