"We stayed for a week. Was very impressed. The staff were amazing, couldn't ask for more helpful and courteous people. The grounds people kept immaculate. The wait staff were on point , made sure u had everything you needed, from drinks by the pool, in the restaurants they cleared your plates and kept your drinks full. The chefs and cooking staff catered to u whether in the a-la- carte or the buffet. Food was excelent, better than expceted. Lots of variety. The entertainment staff kept u busy...

"This was our third trip to Casa Velas. We thought it couldn't get any better and then we saw the new breakfast menu and wine list. So glad to have some lighter options for breakfast, and the new wines are excellent. Of course it’s the staff that always makes us want to keep coming back. Notably, Camila, Gerardo, and Omar at breakfast; Enrique, Carlos, and Antonio at Tao; Avaldo and Ramon at the Aqua Bar; and Daniel, Gerardo, Rigo, Rosacio at dinner. We’re already planning our next trip...
