"I stayed for a total of three days. Each day when I came back I found my room clean and supplies were restocked. I did find the sheer curtains ripped and on the remote the menu button did not work. This was reported and the remote was replaced. "

"Location was perfect for sightseeing. There are 2 CVS stores and a liquor store on 14th St. We felt very safe in the area. Check in was a breeze. Only issue was our room cleaner kept replenishing our coffee pods with Decaf and there was no regular tea - in the scheme of things not a biggie. I would recommend this hotel."

Taylor checked me in with humor and grace and my frustrations were over. The room was comfortable and clean. Good linens and pillows. Breakfast was above average for ten bucks and it was nice to actually have service in the morning. THANK YOU Holiday Inn BWI.
