"A very good experience which started with check in conducted by Mina - a very welcoming approach and the pleasant surprise of an upgraded room via the VIP status. I arrived late due to train delays and asked what time the bar was open until - was told midnight, so went to my room to unpack etc. Received a courtesy call in my room to invite me down to the bar as a decision was made to close it at 11.00 pm as it was empty. Positives: Easy check in, parking is discounted & next door, late checkout option, comfortable bed, kitchen area fully stocked & had everything needed, the room areas were split nicely & the shower water pressure was perfect! Negatives: I paid for a family room but was given a standard room which meant I had a shower instead of a bath tub which was annoying as the shower head did not come off making it difficult to shower...
