Öncelikle otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim konum olarak gerçekden çok güzeldi bütçe dostu uygun fiyatlı güzel bir oteldi kahvaltı güzel odalar güzel ama elden geçirilse çok daha güzel olur tavsiye ederim

Kötüüüü , Otel böcek kaynıyor...

Berbat, Hijyen temizlik yok, Banyo rezalet, Televizyon çalışmıyor. Oda banyo her taraf böcek kaynıyor. Boya badana yapılmış, masalarda dolapta damlayan sıçrayan boyalar olduğu gibi duruyor silinmemiş. Duşa kabinden sular dışarı akıp banyonun yüzeyinde gölleniyor. Ödenen paranın kesinlikle karşılığı değil.

Останавливались в данном отеле с 09.08 по 15.08.2019г. Фотографии на сайте сделаны думаю лет 20 назад. Мебель в номере старая, сантехника в ужасном состоянии, постоянно в ванной комнате была вода на полу. Кухонный уголок отдельная тема - ящики сломаны, оставили нам в одном отсеке хлеб с плесенью. От этого запах в номере стоял ужасный, походу никто номер -то и не убирал перед нашим заселением. Завтрак- каждый день одно и тоже картофель фри , сыр , помидоры, огурцы, чай, вареные яйца и соевые сосиски. Нам у утра этого было достаточно, поэтому к завтраку претензий нет. Но фруктов как на фото не было вообще! Наверное единственный плюс этого отеля персонал. Улыбаются, обращалась несколько раз все просьбы выполняли без нареканий. Просила стаканы в номер, просила 3 лишний полотенца и ещё по мелочам. Кстати полотенец у бассейна нет. Либо свои, либо из номера. Аквапарка- это капец отдельная тема. Думаю также лет 20 назад он был хорошего уровня, а сейчас кошмар! Бассейны грязные, все раздолбано, территория в ужасном состоянии, персонал вообще не контролирует процесс спуска с горок. Повредили руку об острый кафель, которым обделан край бассейна. Не понимаю как ещё за этот ужас можно деньги брать! До пляжа идти мин 5-7. Система такая,покупаешь напиток в любом баре и занимаешь лежак. Но есть пляжи строго которые относятся к отелям туда не пускают секьюрити. Заключение: если бы мы жили в данном отеле весь наш отпуск 14 дней мы бы сошли с ума. Отель на 1 ночь переночевать и забыть.

The hotel is very simple with an available price. The breakfast is simple. The location is very good, near the beach and bus stops. There some restaurants nearby. The aquapark is good and free entrance for the hotel's guests. The staffs of the hotel are helpful and friendly. They could be more careful to the hotels room. It could be better

Rezalet

Oteli, aqua parkı olması ve fiyatlarının uygunluğu sebebiyle tercih ettik. Gittiğimizde hotels üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın dolu olduğunu ve bize iki adet standart oda vereceklerini söylediler. Bir karışıklık olmuş olabilir diye tepki göstermeden odalarımıza yerleştik. Fakat odalar pislik içerisindeydi. İçerde süpürge bile açılmadığına eminim. Yastık kılıfları kullanılmıştı. Sıcak su ise yoktu. Odanın temizlenmesi için bile talepte bulunmamız gerekti. Ertesi gün kendi odamıza geçtik, 4 kişilik odaya toplam 2 adet havlu konmuştu. Kahvaltı korkunçtu. Hiçbir şey yenilebilir değildi. Her şeyi biz şikayet ede ede düzeltmeye çalıştık. Kesinlikle önermiyorum. Aqua park ile anlaşması olması gibi durumlar gözünüzü boyamasın. Temel ihtiyaçlarınızı bile karşılayamadığınız bir otel. Odalar pis, havlular eksik, sıcak su yok ve kahvaltı gerçekten çok kötü.

Akşam saatlerinde Otele varır varmaz resepsiyondaki arkadaş tarafından yanlışlıkla odanın programda açık olduğunu ve bize açılan odada istersek kalmayabilecegimizi , ücretsiz iptal edebilicegimizi söyledi. Tabii odayı kontrol ettik , zemin kattaki oda tamamen nem kokuyordu,kısa vur değerlendirme sonucunda o saatten sonra kalacak yer bulamama endişesi ile hadi bakalım hayırlısı diyerek klima , havalandırma yaparak kalacağız dedik. Odaya yerleştikten sonra duş alalım istedik ama o da ne sıcak su akmıyor. Ben aldım soğuk su ile duş ama eşim hamile. Personele sorduk arıza olduğunu sabaha kadar hallolacaginj söyledi derin bir sabır çekerek sabahı bekleyelim dedik. Tuvaletin taharet musluğunun açıldığında kapanmamasini,oda da ki sabunluktan sabunu açarak aldığımızdan falan da bahsetmeden olmaz tabii. Hiç mi iyi bir şey yok. Kahvaltısı gayet iyi,şu parkı ile anlaşması var o da iyi. Bir daha kalır mıyım sanmam.Tavsiye eder miyim asla.uzak durmanız gereken bir işletme.

not for me thanks.

Toilet not working . Was put next to hotel toilets so had to listen to running water all night . Went for a drink at the bar in the evening to be told they had nothing(seriously not one drink) but they would but some tomorrow. Waterpark is ok but not good enough for me to stop there again. Just to note this is not my first visit to marmaris I've travelled here many times .
