"I was so glad I stayed here after a late flight."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"The room was clean but this place nickel and dimes like crazy. Parking was $44 per night. We were told to validate the slips each time we were in and out of the garage. I asked the concierge what was the point of this if there was no discount? She said without validating you'd pay $44 each time in and out rather than $44 per day. This wasn't accurate, as it said on the signs there are different/lesser fees for 1 and hour parking. So, just making things up on the fly. When I said this was...

"The level of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service have declined. Common areas such as e!evators and hallways were stained, contained spills uncleaned for days, and have a slight odor. The linens need to be retired; frayed towels and worn sheets seem to reflect the ho-hum attitude of staff and management. Overall a safe and convenient location for a short stay, but far from the gleaming experience represented in the Hilton brand."

"Had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean. The a/c wasn’t the best quality but it was also a heat wave so under the circumstances I’m sure it would normally be fine. The pool was great. 5 ft at its deepest, very well maintained, great seating options. The breakfast was well worth it. Just make sure to bring your own toiletries the ones offered are very small. TV has many xfinity channels. Room came with a microwave and fridge which is super convenient."
