"The phone in our room did not work. We let the staff know and was told they would call maintenance right away to switch it out. Maintenance never came. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing hot. Just muffins, bagels, and yogurt. Our room was nice; just didn't like the location; right next to the laundry room. "Had to ask them to change my room because my first room had crumbs and grime on the counter next to the microwave and hair in the bed. Don't be fooled by the pictures, it is a very run down hotel with poor cleaning practices. Hallways were musty and so was the room. Carpets in the room are gross and floors in the bathroom are slimey. Stay away."
