"Overall the stay was fine, but the hotel suffered from few problems: 1. The water stream at the room sink was very Low. 2. The place for breakfast is very tight and there is not much tables. 3. The hot water at the breakfast was not boiling. 4. There was bad smell at the hotel entrance. 5. We were missing the ice machine at the third floor. It is only at 1 and 2 floors."

"Not a place I’d recommend unless you are on an extremely tight budget. The buildings (multiple and somewhat confusing) are musty and the rooms are comfortable but not the cleanest or newest. It did its job for the night, passing through but there are many other choices nearby."

"This is the third hotel we have booked in Wytheville over the last year, as it is the half way point between our home in Georgia and daughter's in Pennsylvania. It was very affordable and included a lovely breakfast (not a hot buffet, but bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal.) It was in a very scenic, quiet area. The bed was very comfortble. I had to change the date of arrival, and they worked with me, even offering me a cheaper rate. I will definitely return."

"The room was clean and updated. I don’t care that the hallways are outdated, I don’t sleep there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and maintained where I needed it. The staff were so friendly. Mark at the front desk is my new best friend and the other staff were also kind. I would stay here again happily."

"The property was adequate for a one night stay on a budget. The thermostat wasn’t working so the room got warm. The bathtub drain was stuck in the closed position so wouldn’t drain without a wedge placed underneath. Hotel staff was congenial. The property felt a bit worn down. Breakfast options were limited but there is a Starbucks just across the parking lot."
