"This property has seen it's better days, it needs a complete redo and the rooms all smell like cigarette smoke as well as the bed comforters, there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, I'm a builder and in my opinion it's outlived it's use"

"Place was just ok for a couple night stay. You have to go to another loction to pick up and drop off key. Staff there were friendly. Not to far away, within walking distance. Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again."

"The young lady at the counter no greeting at all, looked my I.D. over as if it were a fake ,"

"There was no kitchen, just a counter with microwave and a small fridge below the counter. Breakfast was packed, had to be ordered the night before, not buffet, but breakfast was really good."

"For a hotel at the beach that i assume is used frequently, it was clean and welcoming. We stayed in a basic double bed room and it was as expected. Breakfast was a nice amenity that most places no longer offer."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s so quaint, clean and the staff is so friendly. The warm muffins and coffee delivered to your room in the morning to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the water is a huge plus as well. "
