"We are a family of six with 3 boys/3 girls. Our room was absolutely perfect for all of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The staff were all so accommodating and polite. The breakfast was great and the proximity to the beach was great. Outdoor pool and hot tub were also amazing. Highly recommend this hotel,especially for families!"

"Property was clean and check in process at alternate location was quick and easy! Stayed on the fifth floor on the end. Balcony was amazing with sun around the clock and beautiful views! Easy walk to the beach. This unit seemed recently redone which was nice. Towels and sheets must’ve just come from the packaging. Didn’t utilize the pool due to weather we had but many did. Convenient parking onsite. "

"Understaffed front desk on check in and it appeared to be like that our entire stay. Front was friendly but it’s hard to manage numerous people checking in when there is only one person working the front desk. Parking was very limited. We had to park in their lot space beside the Walgreens across the street which wouldn’t have bothered me if the first 4 rows of parking weren’t blocked off for valet for Sloppy Joe’s (Bilmar’s restaurant). "The property had been updated, everything was new and clean. I only stayed two nights and all met my needs. If I were to stay longer, it would be nice to have a larger refrigerator with a freezer and a sofa chair for seating. Also, window in the bathroom needed to be repainted over because there were areas where someone could see in to the bathroom from the outside."

"There is no one around the property to help out with check ins. There were at least 3 other parties that arrived we helped out because they had issues as well.There was another property down the street theyowned but like this property no one was there. They do have phone numbers posted but good luck with that or getting someone to call you back. We lucked out with someone working on the roof of the property and they had direct number and general manager came over quickly. We also had problem...

"Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped.
