"Amazing! Stayed here at least 5 times in the past 10 years and this hotel never disappoints. My only complaint is at €400 a night for our double seaview room, the €20 daily lounge bed fee should be included in the price of the room. "

From arriva to departure, we feel wecomed, and cared for. Have never been in a hotel that does everything so well. AND every year they seem to make the hotel better! This year they opened an expanded spa: 4 types of saunas, indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, pool-side bar/restaurant, beautiful indoor & outoor...

"Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."

"Clean. Modernized older Hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful Staff. On the water and close to restaurants, ferry service to Portofino and walking distance to almost anywhere in Rapallo. 4 min walk from Train station. Not a big hotel, but full of hospitality."

"This was such a fantastic experience. First of all, sori is a wonderful little town that had a great atmosphere. This was really embodied in this hostel, the host Ivan was so incredibly kind and welcoming and always ready to help with anything we wanted. The place was clean and the kitchen facilities excellent. All the people there were so nice and it’s easily within walking distance from anything you would need. Highly recommend!"

"Tout ! Personnel, chambre, spa, piscine, soin... La moindre petite attention était parfaite, à notre arrivée à l'accueil, dans la chambre, pendant le séjour, lors du départ... Tout était exceptionnel. Le fait qu'il y ait du personnel qui parle français était un plus. La petite part de gâteau avec une bougie le matin au petit déjeuner pour l'anniversaire de ma femme était une très agréable surprise !! Merci pour tout."
