"Great location and amenities, especially the pool is amazing!"

"Great hotel near shopping and marina, very nice friendly staff, the only down is no breakfast available !"

"The room was great. Check in was slow, long line at a small property management office checking in multiple properties at once. It seems a simple key code would have skipped all that as my credit card info was already in the Hotels website. "

"This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...

"AVOID!!!! DO NOT USE ANYTHING MANAGED BY DREAM ALGARVE Terrible company that puts profit above customer service. Apartment itself was Ok but NO toilet roll, towels, soap, bin liners, tea towels. Overall I asked SIX times for the items and by the end of it only towels were delivered (the day before we left) There was of course no extras like tea, coffee and we were told that we...

"Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. "
