"I was not feeling very well and I was having a hard time going to the elevator and I must say you’re supervisor housekeeper. I can’t remember her name, but I do know she was a middle-aged African-American woman she went above and beyond her duties I would like to tell you that you have an excellent employee there and I wish I would’ve seen her before I left. I would’ve gave her a minimum $100 tip I cannot remember her name. I wanted to call Corporate and let them know that your employees are excellent especially the supervisor personnel in housekeeping that helped me. Please give her my thanks once again and I will by word-of-mouth pass it on to stay at the Holiday Inn. Great work thank you."

"Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here. The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!"

"The front desk staff was great. There was a glitch with the morning shuttle driver, and they preemptively ordered a replacement, at no cost to us. I appreciate that they offer up to two weeks parking for a fee. The room was nice, although the style was a bit dated, and the furniture had a few dings. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean and spacious. The blackout curtains were effective, and the area is quiet. A few things prevented a better review. One, the carpet in the hall is the third floor was obviously worn and not completely clean. Second, there were no charging points in the room. On the plus side, there are some very nice restaurants on the property. We didn’t try them. They were too expensive for us. The one that was open on Monday had a $60 per person prix fixe menu."

"We have stayed here quite often when we travel home- however under the new management, it seems like the standards may be slipping. Not sure if we’ll be back next time. Biggest gripe- the Apple Music Country station that plays loudly through the entire hotel really de-classes the place- what about an Italian garden decorated hotel says country radio? We’re in western NY also, so why??? Russel Salvatore would never."
