"This hotel is in a great location and provides shuttle service to and from the airport! The breakfast smelled amazing! The staff is great! However, this hotel needs some major renovations and soon. I would stay again! As a matter of fact I am planning a summer trip to Buffalo and this hotel is on my list! "

"The front desk staff is great! The rooms are clean. The kitchen staff not as friendly. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work. The microwave plate didn’t spin & the heat/ac made a loud clanking noise. Over all I love staying at Sleep Inn hotels. I picked this one specifically because of my previous great experience with them. "

"Our room was clean and updated, all the comforts of home. We were on the third floor and were able to hear road traffic most of the night. The beds were comfortable, however the height of them was not to our liking. After a fun day of sight-seeing we couldn't fall into the bed, had to climb into it. Also made it difficult to "sit" on the bed while watching TV."

"The pictures look way better than it actually is. The hallways had a bit of a foul smell. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"I think we were upgraded but the room was not double checked - one shower was clean and the other one was not cleaned at all there was hair all over the shower floor and near the toilet as well. The room was very cold and the heating barely worked but thankful for the small heater."

"Clean and comfortable. Room could use some updating. Curtains were torn, but overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
