"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "Overall phenomenal hotel. Great breakfast and shuttle service. Only downside was property did not reach out before stay to coordinate shuttle pick up or explain how to get to hotel as it’s difficult roads there. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back. "

"We stayed for one night whilst visiting Pompeii. The room was ready early and spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in another small building but was really good. Best tea I’ve had so far in Italy. Location was 1 minute from the train station and 5 from the entrance to the site. Only one problem, there was an annoying noise like a boiler on all night."

Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important.
