"Scarsa organizzazione, cibo senza glutine scaduto all'interno del frigobar(essendo un ospite celiaco), dopo aver fatto richiesta, ci è stato comunicato dopo 2 ore di attesa che vi erano frigoriferi rotti e che non vi era disponibilità di cibo gluten free. All'indomani il personale addetto alla colazione ci ha riferito dell'inesatezza della notizia e che invece vi era disponibilità. Dal mattino al rientro in camera, dopo colazione, vi era un forte maleodore proveniente dal bagno che ha saturato...

"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta.
Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!"

" We had a lovely stay! Luigi was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was beautifully renovated, spotless, and very comfortable. The only downside was the two sets of stairs—manageable for most, but could be tricky with heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues.
