"The property itself was not bad. The main complaint that I had was it was very, very hard to get a hot shower. The water was ice cold every time we try to take a shower. The only other complaint I would have is for such a big hotel. The pool is very small and we were not able to even get in there because there was not enough room in the pool area definitely way too small for the size of hotel."

"Got woken up on the last day by cleaner walking in our room at 8.15am. Cleaner made bed but did not even take dirty bins/food boxes out. Quite far out, better hotels/area further down the Gulch."

"This hotel was incredible! Perfect location for a visit to Nashville, within walking distance of downtown as well as the Gulch. Absolutely beautiful property, incredible staff. The rooftop bar was amazing and again, the bartenders up there were amazing. Overall, such a great stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is visiting Nashville. "
