"The hotel is in a sketchy part of Naples but we ventured out before it was dark. There are many restaurants and stores in the area. There is also an inordinate amount of street noise - people, cars and the beeping, beeping, beeping but it all adds to the experience of being in that part of Napoli. "Fabulous hotel with amazing pool, hot tub, cold plunge. Great breakfast included. Family suite is very large and great for family of 4. Definitely would stay again. "

"Comfortable hotel. Not very salubrious area! Traffic heavy in rush hour so took much longer than planned for morning flight, even though not far from the airport. Be warned! Would have preferred a shower to a jacuzzi in the bathroom, for a quick morning shower."

There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. "All of the staff were incredibly accommodating we had to push our trip back one day and despite the policy they even gave us a refund for that night. At the breakfast buffet all the staff made sure that we had the food that we wanted, as well as as many coffees as we wanted overall great place to stay."

"Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"Wir haben diese Hotel gewählt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und evtl. abends noch am Strand auszuspannen. Pattsituation war gut, Auto wird hinter einem Tor geparkt aber auf die Klingel ohne Überprüfung wird das Tor geöffnet. Hotel ist übersichtlich. Zimmer groß, mit einem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gleich am Meer, man hört die Wellen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Das war einer von 4 Hotels die wir auf diese Reise besucht haben und dieses Frühstück war das Beste. Service ist nicht 4 Sterne...

"Its a camping site with rooms for the ones that dont have tents I guess. I didnt see that when I booked. My bottle purse got stolen from in front of my room, The bathroom lock was broken, Ac didnt work well. The breakfast and fromt desk gentleman were great."
