"Beautiful historic hotel, but unfortunately a very disappointing stay for my husband and me. The pool was extremely small, the breakfast was very basic, and the biggest issue was the noise. We were never informed about the active construction directly outside the hotel, which made it very difficult to rest. We were also woken up at 1:15 a.m. one night by staff moving chairs in the upstairs common area, which showed poor judgment and little consideration for guests. Another major problem was the bathroom window, which did not close properly and had no covering. It let in both noise and early morning sunlight, waking us around 6:00 a.m. several mornings during our vacation. We asked to change rooms, but the only options were one above a nightclub and another with the same bathroom window issue, so we ended up leaving three days early. The supervisor was rigid and unwilling to offer a reasonable solution, even a partial refund, despite circumstances that clearly went beyond the ordinary. Policies should not prevent management from using judgment when a stay is materially affected. The general manager later said he would follow up, possibly with a partial refund, but he never contacted us, even after I reached out twice on WhatsApp. A few simple improvements would help: offer earplugs while construction is ongoing, fix the bathroom windows so they block noise and light, and handle unusual situations with more flexibility. Overall, a very poor experience for us."

"Very nice hotel in Bocagrande. The rooms were comfortable, except for the pillows, which were very firm. Breakfast and lunch at the onsite restaurant was very good, which is a rarity in my experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed being able to each lunch and dinner poolside while she swam. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent place to stay. The staff are 1st class. Restaurant on 2nd floor has some excellent choices, and one you should avoid if you are from the US. Avoid the Casear Salad, because they literally cooked it in the oven."

"Beautiful oceanfront hotel, just in the hearth of Bocagrande . We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly , especially Rafael. Everything was neat, clean, they pool and jacuzzi were really nice. From the 15th floor you can almost see the city… Thank you guys "

"The hotel is very clean.older hotel but they trying to keep it to date. Staff will be nice to you only if you tip them. If you want good service make sure you tip the staff before you need any service. "
