"I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers."

"They accepted a booking then I drive all the way there only for them to say there’s no room and not just that I’ll have to chase down Expedia to try to get a refund. Very sad. "

"Front desk was pleasant with his help. Overall the room felt unclean. There random stains on the walls. The breakfast had less offerings than expected, but it was adequate."

"Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. "

"It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. When entering into the building going to my room, it smelled really bad like other people’s body odor. Would not go again."

"The staff was friendly. The room and bedding smelled musty and some of the towels were stained/discolored. Hotel was quiet and not very full during our stay so parking was plentiful."

"A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! "

"The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. "Just dirty and dilapidated, first room smoky, second room the sheets were unmistakably filthy. I could not stay though I drove in late and was tired."
